Navigating the naunces of climate related assessments can be complex and understanding whether they are appropriate can be difficult without expert knowledge.
For assessments to be robust they must consider all potential sources of emissions during the whole life cycle of the development, including the construction, operation and decommission. Furthermore, they should consider all pollutants, not just those regulated under international treaties.
