With the effects of climate change becoming ever more devastating across the globe, it is crucial that policies reflect the emergency of the current situation and that likely to occur in the near future.
The climate affects conditions at all scales and it is therefore important that policies exist for local authorities, regional authorities, national government and devolved administrations, as well as internationally.
